What is Juice Institute?

We’re a South Australian brand making raw, cold-pressed juices, wellness blends and juice cleanses to help you feel clearer, lighter and more energised.

What does “cold-pressed” mean?

Cold-pressed juice is made by pressing fruits and vegetables without heat. This helps preserve nutrients, flavour and freshness.

Are your juices pasteurised or HPP treated?

No. Our juices are raw and unpasteurised. This helps retain nutrients and taste.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. We’re proudly vegan and cruelty-free.

Do you add preservatives, colours or artificial ingredients?

No. We keep ingredients simple and real.

Ordering

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Sometimes. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer bundles or value packs?

Yes. We offer cleanse bundles and curated options to make choosing easier.

Delivery, Freeze & Ship, and pickup

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer Adelaide Metro delivery and Freeze & Ship for SA, VIC, NSW and TAS.

What is Freeze & Ship?

Freeze & Ship is our flash-frozen delivery option for regional and interstate customers. Your juices are frozen at peak freshness, shipped frozen, then thawed when you’re ready.

Does freezing affect the quality of the juice?

No. Flash-freezing preserves nutrients, taste and texture. It’s the same juice, just held at its best until you drink it.

How do I store Freeze & Ship orders?

Keep them in the freezer as soon as they arrive. Thaw in the fridge when you’re ready.

How do I thaw frozen juices?

Move them from freezer to fridge and let them thaw overnight. Shake well before drinking.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. You can collect orders from our South Plympton shopfront during collection times shown on the Collection Locations page.

Where are you located for pickup?

South Plympton, SA. Full address and collection hours are listed on the Collection Locations page.

What are the order cut-off times for pickup?

Cut-offs depend on the pickup day. Please refer to the Collection Locations page for the latest times (orders may close early if capacity is reached).

Storage and freshness

How long do fresh juices last?

Fresh juices are best enjoyed as soon as possible. For exact use-by guidance, follow the label on your bottle.

How long do frozen juices last?

Frozen juices keep for longer when stored correctly. For exact guidance, follow the label on your bottle.

Do I need to shake the bottle?

Yes. Natural separation is normal in cold-pressed juice. Shake well before drinking.

Can I refreeze a juice once it’s thawed?

We don’t recommend it. For best quality and safety, thaw only what you plan to drink.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We prioritise quality produce and support local where possible.

Do you list ingredients?

Yes. Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the bottle label.

Do you have allergen information?

Yes. Please check each product page carefully. If you have severe allergies, contact us before ordering.

Are your juices gluten-free?

Yes, all of our juices are gluten-free.

Juice cleanses

What is a juice cleanse?

A juice cleanse is a structured program of cold-pressed juices designed to give your digestion a break and support a reset.

How do I choose the right cleanse?

If you’re new, start with a shorter cleanse option. If you’re more experienced and want a deeper reset, choose a longer option.

Can I still exercise during a cleanse?

Exercise is usually fine. Listen to your body. If you feel low energy, keep it gentle.

Can I drink coffee during a cleanse?

For best results, we recommend reducing or pausing caffeine. If you do have coffee, keep it minimal and listen to your body.

Can I eat food during a cleanse?

Cleanse guidelines vary. If you need food, keep it simple and nourishing. A gentle approach is better than pushing too hard and giving up.

How often should I do a cleanse?

Many customers treat cleanses as seasonal or quarterly resets. Your body, lifestyle and goals matter most.

Celery juice

What is celery juice?

Pure, cold-pressed celery juice. Nothing else.

How do I drink celery juice?

Most people enjoy it first thing in the morning. Start small if you’re new, then build up.

Do I need to drink it every day?

You don’t “need” to, but consistency is where many people notice the biggest difference.

What if I don’t like the taste?

Chilled is often easier. Some customers start with smaller serves and build the habit over time.

Subscribe & Save

What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save lets you receive your favourite juices automatically on a schedule you choose, with 15% off every order.

Do I have to commit for a certain period?

Yes. There is a three-order commitment, then you can pause, skip, change or cancel anytime.

Can I change what’s in my subscription?

Yes. You can swap products, adjust quantities or change frequency through your account or reaching out to us.

Are subscription orders delivered fresh or frozen?

Adelaide Metro subscriptions are delivered fresh. Freeze & Ship subscriptions arrive flash-frozen.

Returns, issues, and customer support

My juice tastes different to usual. Is that normal?

Because we use real produce, taste can vary slightly by season and batch. If something seems off, message us and we’ll sort it out.

I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?

Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to update it.
