Fresh & Local Delivery – Refund & Return Policy

At Juice Institute, we take pride in delivering a fresh, raw, perishable product made with care. For this reason, all orders are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. While we do not issue refunds, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion if we deem it reasonable to do so.

Deliveries are made within a set time window, and we request that someone is home to receive your order. If no one is available, we will SMS delivery details and leave your box in a safe place at your own risk. To keep your juice cold, we recommend leaving out an esky and ice packs if you're not home.

Our juices have a short shelf life. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that this is a raw, perishable product that must be consumed by the best-before date printed on each juice.

Order changes or rescheduling must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.


Freeze & Ship – Refund & Return Policy

We aim to deliver your frozen juice in perfect condition, ready for your freezer or fridge. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@juiceinstitute.com.au.

For damaged, missing, or delayed items, we require clear photographic evidence to help us investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
