How to Subscribe

Head to our shop page and choose your box. Our juice is pressed to order and loaded with our fresh plant nutrients to help you feel your best.

Select how often. Choose from 1, 2 or 4 weeks. Choose delivery or collection. Receive 15% off your ongoing order. WhooHoo 🎉(3 order commitment minimum)

Health is not optional, when you subscribe with us you save 15%, there is no need to order regularly, we organised it all for you. We make feeling well and staying healthy easy, convenient, local and totally delicious.

FAQs

  • 🍍 Will I receive a discount on all my orders?

    Yes you will, 15% off your ongoing subscription. You become our VIP, your order is our priority.

  • 🍍 Do I need to spend a certain amount?

    For our delivery service you order must be over $37 not including delivery rate. We have free collection available from our Blackwood kitchen, and About Face Norwood, with no minimum spend required.

  • 🍍 Can I change my order before I receive them?

    Yes, we require 48 hours via email before your order is due, just let us know what juices you would like in your juice box or cleanse, and we will pack this for you.

  • 🍍 Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes you can. You are able to pause your order anytime after your initial 3 deliveries or collections. Log into your account, selecting 'Manage Subscription' in top right hand corner and you can make changes here.

    Feel free to email us hello@juiceinstitute.com.au and we will happily make changes for you.

  • 🍍 How will i know when my subscription is due?

    When you join you will receive a welcome email. We ask you to please keep a note in your calendar of how frequently you have subscribed. 📆

    You will receive an order notification when your subscription is processed. If you have chosen delivery, you will receive an email the morning of your delivery. If you have chosen collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

  • 🍍 Cancelling my subscription & notice required. What happens on public holidays?

    To cancel your subscription you must have fulfilled the 3 order shipment, commitment.

    We require cancellations in writing to hello@juuiceinstitute.com.au and please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations, holds or order changes.

    Public holidays, if your subscription falls on a public holiday, we will move your order to the next available juice press day.
