5 Ingredient Protein Balls

5 Ingredient Protein Balls

I am sure you have all heard of protein balls. Those little balls that pack a punch in the nutrition department, containing a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and of course, antioxidants. They are the perfect snack for some pre-workout energy, for the busy worker or simply as a nutritious option between meals to keep you nourished and satisfied.

Although delicious, store bought protein balls can often hurt your wallet, so why not make them yourself? With these three simple recipes containing five ingredients or less, we have made it super simple for you to create and enjoy these healthy snacks!

The benefits?

  • With five ingredients or less they are cost effective
  • You can whip them up in less than ten minutes
  • You can mix and match flavours depending upon your liking
  • They are an easy, portable portion controlled snack
  • You can make them in bulk and leave them in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month!
  • Did I mention they are toddler approved? They are the perfect snack for your little one! Just ensure you blend ingredients until fine and smooth.
We hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do!
