GENERAL

Juice Institute and their employees are not doctors, dietitians, medical professionals, nutritionists or health care professionals. We offer our opinion from personal experience and thorough research. Our information and the contents of our website does not replace medical advice or treatment for clinically diagnosed conditions. Participating in a cleanse of any sort, you do so at your own risk. We advise consulting a medical professional prior to any cleanse undertaken.

It is your responsibility and your health and we recommend doing you own research and gathering your own information. Our products are not suitable for everyone as we are providing raw, unpasteurised juice and nut mylks. We manufacture our juice on equipment that also uses nuts, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any reaction that may be had. We do not recommend our products for minors, elderly, pregnant, breastfeeding women or people with pre-existing health conditions for which prescription medication is taken. If you are unsure if this is the right product for you, we advise seeing a health care professionals for advice.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive ongoing collections or deliveries. These are based on the frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of the orders prior to your delivery or collection date.If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it only after the initial 3 shipment commitment is complete. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can email hello@juiceinstitue.com.au

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

We are providing a fresh product and if for any reason you are unhappy with the product, you must notify us by email or telephone within 2 hours of receiving your order. We do not provide monetary refunds, we will provide a new order if we feel reasonable to do so.  Our delivery service is provided within a wide time frame and we only deliver our product if someone is available to collect it. If we deliver and you are not home, we will telephone once only. If we are unable to reach you we will leave your box at your own risk and we take no responsibility for our product after this time.  If you are unable to be home, we ask you leave an eske and ice packs out to keep your juice cold. No refunds will be provided, all sales are final.

Cancellations/rescheduling needs to be in writing and given a minimum of 48 hours notice please. 

We may need to cancel or reschedule your order at anytime. If this was to happen we would provide written notification via text and/or email at our earliest convenience. This could be for reasons outside of our control such as bush fire, power failure, family emergencies etc.
