Some people like to think that drinking juice is ONLY for the warmer months but we are here to tell you why drinking juice is definitely NOT seasonal. 🍋

Tips for Your Winter Reset

Plenty of Seasonal Produce: Winter in Australia offers plenty of incredible produce perfect for creating deep, healing elixirs. We use seasonal produce like carrots, beets, spinach, and citrus fruits direct from local growers! 🥕🥬🍊

Add Warmth with Spices: We like to spice things up! We incorporate ginger, red chilli, turmeric & cacao into our juices. Heal yes to heat!

Stay Hydrated: Even in cooler weather, it’s important to stay hydrated. Drink water between your juices to help flush out toxins and keep your body hydrated. 💦

Listen to Your Body: If you feel too cold or fatigued, it’s okay to customise your juice cleanse (or freeze them). Just listen to your body as needed.

Cleanse with A Buddy: Invite your besties to join you for a juice cleanse, it’s always more fun doing it with someone else!

OUR FIVE HANDY LITTLE TIPS: 

1. For the ultimate hug in a mug, warm our almond mylks up on the stove and enjoy. 

2. Build your broth as needed. We’re talking seasonal veg, rice noodles and extra chilli if you can handle the heat! 🌶

3. Before sipping on a juice, let it sit out of the fridge 20 minutes to take the chill off. 

4. Stay snug by layering up! Extra socks, gloves, scarves this winter to keep you toasty warm (check out your local op shop for some cool finds).

5. Cuddle into a heat bag for some extra warmth.
