Easy, delicious and tastes like ginger bread.
1 1/2 cups of almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
1 tsb 100% maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsb cardamom
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
handful of ice cubes
Mix ingredients all together in a blender until well combined and ENJOY.
