All of these blends are enjoyable, I expected to struggle with some flavours but didn’t, lemon tango was a highlight but all are really nice. I found the 3 day cleanse easy to complete and it had the result I was after - a reset to get back to making better choices around food. I felt I had a fresh start and haven’t wanted to ‘spoil’ it by eating unhealthy options since. I would definitely do it again and having all the juice prepared for me was a huge factor in sticking to it. I could have managed without the 6th juice each day, I did find it difficult to fit one in every 2 hours - I didn’t feel hungry at all - but the almond mylk was nice in the evening - I tried it both heated and chilled but enjoyed it chilled more, was quite sweet with the dates. Overall I absolutely recommend this, if you’re considering it but can’t make the decision - go for it!
