I don't wanna gross people out... but the amount of detox that happens is quite phenomenal! I'm on day 2 of a 3 day cleanse... and let's just say... my waist line is smaller already purely due to the amount of wind I've passed! I've had to have a warm honey lemon in between because it's so cold ( it's winter) . But part from that... great stuff!

The 5 day cleanse was easier than I thought. The juices tasted more like food than being too sweet which made it feel more like a meal. I didn’t get hungry and I felt so much better afterwards. I would recommend freezing the juice because the 3rd day greens juices tasted a bit funky. I would definitely do it again

I started with the 2 day cleanse as I thought if struggle. Turns out it was very easy and the juices left me not feeling hungry at all. By day 3 I was actually craving the juice but didn’t have any. I’d ordered a one day cleanse for the following week but quickly emailed the team and ordered more. Can’t wait for them to arrive. I’m feeling less bloated, lighted and have more energy which is huge for me as a flat out Mum to 2 young kids. Very happy and will definitely be a returning customer.
