Ingredients
1 Jar of Follow Your Greens
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup oats
2 bananas
1 kiwi fruit
½ avocado
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until a smooth consistency!
TIPS: Feel free to add in a scoop of your favourite natural flavoured protein powder for that extra protein boost!
Try pre-freezing the bananas for added thickness.
