Juice Institute has come a long way since the startup days (cut to humble beginnings in owner Gabby's kitchen).
A production kitchen, small shop front in Blackwood and a community of raw juice lovers later, and you could say, we’ve grown up!
But one thing has stayed the same - our values and mission – we’ve always been ‘a South Australian raw cold pressed juice company that delivers exceptional quality, handcrafted, nutritionally dense and delicious juice cleanses fresh to your door. Our juices are a simple way to give you a chance to detox, refuel and re energise your body.’
In a bid to continually better ourselves and up the ante, we’ve asked ourselves the hard questions like: what do we truly stand for? What’s our message to the world? What do we want to advocate for? And what do we want to share with our community?
Of course, we want to empower our community to eat more plants, live sustainably, give where they can, support local and look after their health and wellbeing by being a business that does the same!

🌱 EAT MORE PLANTS – not only is it delicious, but plant life is life at Juice Institute. Yup, we’re proudly vegan and cruelty free. Our recipes mash fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts & spices to send your taste buds wild (and is a gentle nudge to animal kindness in your diet!)
🧘🏼♀️ NOURISH YOUR INNER HEALTH - Go raw. Go cleanse! Boost your immune system, detox your body and feel more energised with one of our juice cleanses (our specialty!). You'll be loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. We’re also all about that ‘no added preservatives, no additives, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, no processed foods, no gluten or dairy’ life.
🏠 SUPPORT LOCAL - From farmers, fruit and veg retailers and nutritionists to graphic designers, the JI team and delivery drivers, we use multiple talented experts and support local to help us bring you the most unique and incredible product!
🌏 LIVE SUSTAINABLY - We take sustainable living seriously and reduce our business carbon footprint by saving energy, using less plastic, recycling and reusing, serving only plants and conserving water. Phew! We recycle 50% of our jars (thanks to our amazing community and our recycling program!) and 100% of our juice pulp (into potting mix and mulch by a local business).
🤝🏼 GIVE BACK – we’re dedicated to being a socially responsible business with impact. Hence, we’ve exclusively partnered with Foodbank SA, in a relationship that will empower healthy outcomes for vulnerable families. Juice Institute donates one meal from each jar of juice sold to Foodbank SA. This donation goes directly to the Foodbank SA fresh fruit and vegetable program. We’ve donated over 40,000 meals to families fighting food insecurity in SA and will continue to give back to our community!
