Our simple nutty banana ice cream will have you going back for seconds with its silky and creamy ‘ice cream’ texture. This is also a perfect sweets alternative for your little ones that we are sure they will love!
1 Jar of Vanilla, Date and Nuts
4 frozen bananas
45g Pana Macadamia chocolate (or your favourite vegan chocolate)
1. Add the jar of Vanilla, Date and Nuts and frozen bananas to a food processor. Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency. If you like a more ‘soft serve’ like texture have as it is and top with some chopped pieces of your favourite vegan chocolate or some chopped up fruit. For a traditional ice cream texture, pour the mixture into a loaf tin and mix in the chopped pieces of chocolate. Freeze for 3-4 hours then enjoy! For any leftovers, store in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn.
