TIPS FOR A STRONG IMMUNITY

With all the nasty bugs circulating (yes, including all variants of Covid), it’s never been more important to build our immunity and avoid getting sick. Here's our top tips to say see ya later sniffles and bye bye nasty bugs.

TAKE A COLD SHOWER

The next time you’re in the shower, try the Wim Hoff method and flick the temperature over to cold for one minute at the end of the shower. It helps with fluidity through the body and reduces stress levels. It also helps with a higher level of alertness and makes for a strengthened immune response.
