Look, when something isn’t working – phone, watch, Foxtel – it almost always
needs a reboot. And then voila – works like brand new.
Well guess what? The body is no different!
If the body is feeling tired and sluggish (and let’s face it, we’ve all had at least one or two post Christmas tofurky or ham hangovers!) then a reboot could be the answer. Want to turn over a new healthier leaf because #holidays had you
all out of whack? Reboot. Keen to get your nutrition on and treat your body
like the temple it deserves? Reboot. Or maybe you’re just taking a good hard
look at your diet and want a change (vegetarianism, veganism, going dairy
free, cutting out processed sugar – we’re looking at you) then yup, you
